By accessing or using PipelinePilot's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
PipelinePilot provides AI-powered lead automation services for real estate professionals, including but not limited to automated lead response, lead qualification, pipeline segmentation, nurture campaigns, appointment booking, and CRM integrations.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including real estate communication regulations such as CAN-SPAM and TCPA.
4. Payment Terms
Pricing and payment terms will be discussed during your strategy call and outlined in a separate service agreement. All pricing is subject to change with notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of PipelinePilot are owned by Lumina Software and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
PipelinePilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services, including but not limited to lost deals, leads, or revenue.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
