Pipeline Pilot was built for the real estate teams that have outgrown generic automation. This blog is where we show our work — the experiments that landed, the ones that didn’t, and the hard numbers behind both.

What you’ll find here

We publish three things, and only three things:

  • Playbooks. End-to-end workflows you can implement this week, with conservative assumptions and the config to back them up.
  • Benchmarks. Honest numbers from the teams using Pipeline Pilot in production — response time, reply rates, conversion lift, costs.
  • Field notes. Short, opinionated posts on where AI in real estate is actually going vs. where the marketing decks pretend it is.

Why now

The real estate tech stack has gotten noisy. Most teams are paying for six tools that each solve 15% of the pipeline. AI finally lets a small, senior team stitch them together — without hiring a VA pool or building a ticketing system for your own agents.

How this site works

Each post is an MDX file written by our content workflow and reviewed by a human before it ships. You’ll notice a few things on every article:

  1. A table of contents on the right (desktop) that tracks as you scroll.
  2. A reading-time estimate that’s honest, not optimistic.
  3. A breadcrumb so you can back out to the hub in one click.
  4. Related posts matched by tag overlap, so you don’t need to guess what to read next.
